Information and purposes
When you contact Imag’In, you may provide your name, email, phone number, town, area of work and details of your project. These details are used to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you and, where relevant, prepare a quotation or arrange a visit.
How the enquiry form works
In this version of the website, the form prepares a message in your own email application. You decide whether to send it. The website does not automatically transmit your enquiry to Imag’In while the direct server-side sending feature remains disabled. If that feature is activated, this privacy notice must be adapted to the processing actually in place.
Legal basis and recipients
Depending on the situation, enquiry handling is based on steps taken before a contract or the legitimate interest in responding to requests. Information is intended for Imag’In and technical providers involved in hosting or email, only where necessary.
Retention
Messages and relevant attachments are kept only as long as necessary to manage the exchange and satisfy any applicable legal obligations. Internal retention periods and deletion procedures must be confirmed by the publisher.
Cookies and external services
The site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM-T76WGWVF) only when you opt in to audience statistics. The container may then load Google Analytics 4 if it is configured in Tag Manager. Google may process technical identifiers and navigation data under the applicable terms. No Google tracking script or measurement request is loaded by this website before consent is granted.
Audience statistics are optional. You can accept or refuse them using equally accessible controls. Your choice is stored locally for up to six months, and you can withdraw or change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing does not restrict access to the website. Essential technical hosting logs may still be generated by the hosting provider for security and delivery.
Analytics data retention and international transfers depend on the GA4 property configuration and Google’s applicable terms, which must be verified by the site publisher before analytics is enabled.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, or object to certain processing where the conditions apply. Write to contact@imagin-corsica.com. You may also contact the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
